- Visa refusal;
- Immigration refusal;
- Permit refusal;

- Failure to obtain sponsorship;
- Failure to obtain employment; or
- Any other unfavorable decision made by a third party.
The customer purchases our document preparation service, not a guaranteed employment, immigration, admission, or other outcome.
Payment for a service is therefore not contingent upon the customer’s success in obtaining employment, approval, admission, a visa, permit, interview, or any other result.

Pacific Consult Corporation has no control over the policies, requirements, procedures, processing times, selection criteria, or decisions of third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where we reasonably believe the service is being used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
10. ORDERS
When you place an order through the Website, you are making a request to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is not necessarily accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- Payment cannot be processed;
- Information appears fraudulent;
- The requested service cannot reasonably be provided;
- The customer violates these Terms;
- The service would require unlawful activity; or
- Technical or operational circumstances prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order before providing the service, any refund will be handled in accordance with our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
11. PRICING
Prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an adjustment is required because of an obvious pricing error or other legally permitted circumstance.
Prices may be displayed in a particular currency depending on the Website configuration and payment processor.
Any applicable taxes, duties, fees, or charges imposed by the customer’s jurisdiction may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
12. PAYMENT
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your order.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
We are not responsible for payment-processing failures caused by a customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other third party.

Many of our products are digital products or services.
Depending on the product, delivery may occur by:
- Customer account;
- Download link;
- Email;
- Website access; or
- Another electronic method specified on the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and customer account associated with your purchase.

- Missing customer information;
- Incomplete documents;
- Customer requests;
- Technical problems;
- Payment problems;
- Third-party service interruptions;
- Security incidents;
- Force majeure events; or
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS
Where a product includes revisions, the number and scope of revisions will be stated in the relevant product description.
A revision generally means correcting or modifying information supplied by the customer or making reasonable adjustments to the delivered document within the scope of the purchased service.
A revision does not automatically include the creation of an entirely new document or a substantial change in the customer’s requirements.
Requests outside the scope of the purchased product may require an additional fee.
16. CUSTOMER REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Customers are responsible for reviewing completed documents before using or submitting them.
You should verify:
- Names;
- Dates;
- Addresses;
- Employment information;
- Education;
- Qualifications;
- Passport or identification information;
- Contact information;
- Employer information; and
- Other important details.
Once you approve or use a document, you remain responsible for determining whether it is suitable for submission.

- An employer will accept a particular CV format;
- A consulate will accept a particular document;
- A university will accept a particular application format;
- A third party will consider a document complete; or
- Requirements will remain unchanged after preparation.
Third-party requirements may change at any time.
18. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where applicable law grants consumers mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other rights, those rights are not excluded by these Terms.
Where a service has already been substantially performed, refund eligibility may be affected to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds merely because:
- An employer rejects an application;
- A customer does not receive an interview;
- A customer does not obtain employment;
- A visa or permit is refused;
- A government authority rejects an application;
- An institution rejects an application; or
- Another third party makes an unfavorable decision.
The service purchased is the preparation of the relevant document, not the achievement of a particular outcome.
19. EXTENDED DOCUMENT STORAGE
Completed documents purchased through JobStartDocuments.com may remain available through the customer’s account for up to 24 months under our standard storage period.
Customers may have the option to purchase or select Extended Document Storage, under which completed documents may remain available for up to 5 years.
Extended Document Storage applies to completed documents only.
It does not extend the standard retention period for source documents such as:
- Passports;
- Identification documents;
- Supporting documents; or
- Other documents uploaded for the preparation process.
Source documents are generally retained for up to 30 days after completion of the relevant service, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Customers may request deletion of their documents at any time, subject to applicable law.
20. ACCOUNT ACCESS
Where completed documents are made available through a customer account, the customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
You must not:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons;
- Allow another person to access your account without authorization;
- Attempt to access another person’s account; or
- Circumvent account security measures.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, our systems, or other users.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Website, its design, branding, graphics, text, templates, layouts, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pacific Consult Corporation unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, publish, license, sublicense, modify, or commercially exploit our proprietary templates, systems, designs, or materials without our prior written permission.
22. CUSTOMER’S FINAL DOCUMENTS
Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, customers may use their completed documents for their personal or professional purposes.
This does not transfer ownership of Pacific Consult Corporation’s underlying:
- Templates;
- Document systems;
- Designs;
- Layouts;
- Software;
- Proprietary processes; or
- Other intellectual property.
You may use the final document for purposes reasonably connected with your employment, education, immigration, application, or other personal objective for which the document was prepared.
You may not resell or commercially redistribute our underlying templates or document systems.
23. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
You retain responsibility for the information and content you provide to us.
By submitting information or documents, you grant Pacific Consult Corporation a limited right to use that information solely as reasonably necessary to provide the purchased service, operate the Website, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and perform related business functions described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not acquire ownership of your personal documents merely because you upload them.
24. PRIVACY
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
- What information we collect;
- How we use it;
- How we store it;
- International data transfers;
- Document retention;
- Customer privacy rights; and
- How customers may contact us regarding privacy matters.
25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Website may rely on third-party services, including payment, hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, and other technology providers.
These services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party providers, although we will take reasonable steps to address service issues within our control.
26. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE
We seek to maintain reliable access to the Website but do not guarantee that the Website will always be:
- Available;
- Error-free;
- Uninterrupted;
- Secure; or
- Free from technical defects.
The Website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Updates;
- Technical problems;
- Security incidents;
- Hosting issues;
- Internet failures;
- Third-party service failures; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
27. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- Every document will meet every third-party requirement;
- Every application will be accepted;
- Every employer will accept a CV or Cover Letter;
- A customer will obtain employment;
- A customer will obtain an interview;
- A visa will be granted;
- A permit will be issued;
- An application will be approved; or
- A particular result will be achieved.
We do not control decisions made by employers, government authorities, immigration authorities, educational institutions, or other third parties.
28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Consult Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of:
- Employment;
- Income;
- Salary;
- Business opportunity;
- Business reputation;
- Expected benefits;
- Immigration opportunity;
- Travel opportunity;
- Admission opportunity; or
- Other anticipated outcomes,
arising from or relating to the use of our services.
Without limiting the foregoing, Pacific Consult Corporation is not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, government authorities, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, educational institutions, licensing authorities, or other third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific Consult Corporation’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that particular service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
29. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Consult Corporation, its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Website;
- Fraudulent or unlawful information supplied by you;
- Your unauthorized use of another person’s information;
- Your violation of a third party’s rights;
- Your violation of applicable law; or
- Your misuse of documents or services provided through the Website.
This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Pacific Consult Corporation’s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.
30. FRAUD AND ABUSE
We reserve the right to investigate suspected:
- Fraud;
- Payment abuse;
- Identity theft;
- Account abuse;
- Unauthorized access;
- Document fraud;
- Chargeback abuse; or
- Other unlawful activity.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, payment systems, or Website.
We may cooperate with law enforcement and other competent authorities where required or legally permitted.
31. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You materially violate these Terms;
- You use the Website for unlawful purposes;
- You engage in fraud or abuse;
- You compromise Website security;
- Your payment is reversed or subject to fraudulent activity; or
- Continued access creates a material security or legal risk.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
32. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters;
- War;
- Terrorism;
- Civil unrest;

- Telecommunications failures;
- Labor disputes;
- Epidemics or pandemics; or
- Other events beyond our reasonable control.
33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes may be made because of:
- Changes to our services;
- Changes to our business;
- Changes to technology;
- Changes to applicable law;
- Security requirements; or
- Other legitimate business reasons.
The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
34. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection or other laws applicable to a customer cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights available under the laws of the consumer’s country or jurisdiction where those rights cannot legally be waived.
35. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve any dispute informally.
Customers may contact:
privacy@jobstartdocuments.com
with the subject:
Customer Dispute
The notice should describe:
- The nature of the dispute;
- The relevant order number;
- The date of purchase; and
- The requested resolution.
The parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute before pursuing formal proceedings, except where immediate legal action is necessary to protect legal rights or where applicable law provides otherwise.
36. VENUE AND JURISDICTION
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws, disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where such rights cannot legally be waived.
37. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

- Other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms,
constitute the agreement between you and Pacific Consult Corporation concerning your use of the Website and purchase of our services, except where a separate written agreement applies.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) explains the cancellation and refund rules applicable to products and services purchased through JobStartDocuments.com, operated by Pacific Consult Corporation (“Pacific Consult Corporation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order through JobStartDocuments.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
Pacific Consult Corporation
16192 Coastal Hwy
Lewes, Sussex County
Delaware 19958
United States
Website: JobStartDocuments.com
Email: privacy@jobstartdocuments.com
2. OUR REFUND PRINCIPLE
Our services include both digital products and personalized document preparation services.
Because personalized document services involve work performed specifically for an individual customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already started.
We aim to handle refund requests fairly and consistently.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products may include:
- Document templates;
- CV templates;
- Cover Letter templates;
- Form templates;
- Digital guides;
- Other downloadable or electronically delivered products.
Before delivery or access
If a digital product has not yet been delivered or made available to you, you may contact us to request cancellation.
Where cancellation is permitted, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
After delivery or access
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made available through your customer account, refunds may be limited because the digital product has already been supplied.
However, we will consider refund requests where:
- The product is materially defective;
- The product is materially different from its description;
- You were charged incorrectly;
- A duplicate purchase was made; or
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
4. PERSONALIZED DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICES
Personalized services may include:
- Application form completion;
- Form-filling assistance;
- CV/resume preparation;
- Cover Letter preparation;
- Document formatting;
- Document review;
- Application document preparation; and
- Other customized document services.
Because these services involve work performed specifically for the customer, cancellation rights may depend on whether we have started working on the order.
5. CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS
If you request cancellation before we have started work on your personalized order, you may generally request a full refund.
The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
We may need to verify the order and payment before processing the refund.
6. CANCELLATION AFTER WORK HAS STARTED
If work has already started on a personalized order, a full refund may no longer be available.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Continue completing the service;
- Offer a partial refund;
- Offer a credit;
- Offer a correction or revision; or
- Provide another reasonable resolution.
The amount of any partial refund may take into account the work already performed.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or withdrawal right, that right will apply regardless of this section.
7. COMPLETED SERVICES
Once a personalized document has been completed and delivered to the customer, the service is considered substantially performed.
A refund will generally not be available solely because the customer:
- Changed their mind;
- No longer needs the document;
- Did not obtain the desired result;
- Decided not to submit the document;
- Found another service provider; or
- Did not like the outcome of an application.
However, we will consider legitimate complaints concerning material service defects or failure to provide the service substantially as described.
8. CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS
If a completed document contains an error caused by our failure to correctly use information that you provided, please contact us.
Where the issue falls within the scope of the purchased service, we may provide a correction or revision at no additional charge.
This may include correcting:
- Names;
- Dates;
- Addresses;
- Employment details;
- Education details;
- Contact information; or
- Other information that was correctly supplied by the customer but incorrectly reflected in the final document.
9. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION
We are not responsible for errors resulting from information that the customer provided incorrectly, incompletely, or in an unclear form.
For example, if a customer provides an incorrect:
- Name;
- Date of birth;
- Employment date;
- Address;
- Passport number;
- Qualification; or
- Other personal detail,
and that information is reproduced accurately in the document based on the information supplied, the resulting correction may be treated as a customer-requested revision rather than a service error.
Additional fees may apply where the correction requires substantial additional work outside the original service.
10. NO REFUND FOR EMPLOYER OR THIRD-PARTY DECISIONS
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT REFUND THE PRICE OF OUR DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICE BECAUSE AN EMPLOYER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY REJECTS AN APPLICATION.
Pacific Consult Corporation does not control the outcome of any application.
A customer may use a CV, Cover Letter, completed form, or other document prepared by us and still:
- Be rejected by an employer;
- Not receive an interview;
- Not receive a job offer;
- Be rejected for a position;
- Have a visa application refused;
- Have an immigration application refused;
- Have an application rejected by a government authority;
- Be denied admission;
- Be denied a permit or license; or
- Receive another unfavorable decision.
These outcomes are determined by third parties and are outside our control.
Such outcomes do not constitute a failure to provide the purchased document preparation service and are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
11. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT OR APPROVAL
Payment for our services is payment for document preparation, not for a guaranteed result.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment;
- Job interviews;
- Job offers;
- Employer selection;
- Visa approval;
- Immigration approval;
- Work permits;
- Residence permits;
- Government approval;
- Educational admission;
- Professional licensing; or
- Any other third-party outcome.
The relevant employer, government authority, institution, or other third party makes the final decision.
12. FAILURE TO PROVIDE REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Some services cannot be completed without information or documents from the customer.
If we cannot complete your order because you:
- Do not provide required information;
- Provide incomplete information;
- Provide unreadable documents;
- Fail to respond to reasonable requests for information; or
- Otherwise prevent completion of the service,
the order may be delayed or affected.
Where substantial work has already been performed, a full refund may not be available.
We may contact you to provide a reasonable opportunity to supply the missing information.
13. DUPLICATE ORDERS
If you accidentally purchase the same product or service more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we can reasonably verify that the duplicate purchase was accidental and the duplicate service has not been performed, we may issue a refund for the duplicate order.
If work has already been performed on both orders, the refund may be limited accordingly.
14. EXTENDED DOCUMENT STORAGE
Extended Document Storage is an optional feature that may allow completed documents to remain available through your account for up to 5 years.
The purchase or selection of Extended Document Storage does not extend the retention period of source documents such as:
- Passports;
- Identification documents;
- Supporting documents; or
- Other documents uploaded during the preparation process.
Source documents are generally retained for up to 30 days after completion of the relevant service.
If you request deletion of your completed documents, we may delete them before the end of the applicable storage period.
Refunds for Extended Document Storage will be considered based on whether the storage service has already commenced and applicable law.
15. SERVICE ERRORS
If you believe that we have failed to provide the service substantially as described, please contact us promptly.
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Correcting the document;
- Providing a revision;
- Re-performing the affected portion of the service; or
- Providing another reasonable remedy.
If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, we may consider an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.
16. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, a refund will generally not be provided solely because:
- You changed your mind after the service was completed;
- You no longer need the document;
- You did not use the document;
- You did not submit the document;
- You submitted the document incorrectly;
- An employer rejected your application;
- You did not receive an interview;
- You did not receive a job offer;
- A government authority rejected an application;
- A visa was refused;
- An immigration application was refused;
- An institution rejected an application;
- You changed your career plans;
- You decided to use another service provider; or
- A third party changed its requirements after the document was prepared.
17. REFUNDS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, consumer-protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
If the laws applicable to your transaction provide you with a mandatory right to cancel or receive a refund, we will honor that right.
The availability and scope of such rights may depend on:
- Your country of residence;
- The type of product or service;
- Whether the service has commenced;
- Whether a digital product has been supplied;
- Whether you expressly requested immediate performance;
- The applicable consumer-protection legislation; and
- Other circumstances of the transaction.
18. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION
To request a cancellation or refund, contact:

- Product or service purchased;

19. REFUND REVIEW
We will review refund requests based on:
- The product or service purchased;
- Whether the service has started;
- Whether the service has been completed;
- Whether the product has been delivered or accessed;
- The reason for the request;
- Any applicable revision rights;
- Any service error;
