11. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Our document-retention practices are designed to distinguish between source documents provided by customers and the completed documents purchased by customers.

Source Documents

Uploaded source documents, such as passports, identification documents, and supporting documents, are generally retained for up to 30 days after completion of the relevant service.

Customers may have the option to request or select Extended Document Storage.

Where selected, completed documents may remain available through the customer’s account for up to 5 years after completion of the relevant service.

The extended storage period applies to completed documents and does not extend the standard retention period for uploaded source documents such as passports or identification documents.

Customers may request deletion of their documents at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate reasons for retention.

Legal and Business Records

Certain transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-related information may need to be retained for longer periods where required or permitted by applicable law.
